How we check

Self-pay price board

What GLP-1 pens and pills cost without insurance

The lowest monthly price each maker publishes for people paying cash, read off the maker's own page and dated. The number first, then what moves it.

Board checked 10/18/2026by the Rx For Ohio desk

"Lowest self-pay" is the cheapest monthly price on the maker's self-pay page, often for the starting strength. Higher strengths can cost more. It is not a suggestion about which product or strength to use.
